		<description>I too start digging into YII framework. I have project using CodeIgniter, but it&#039;s really not OO programming.
So far, YII seems to be the best options for me. Although I have to spend times to get familiar with YII, I think it worth the time.
One thing I like is the theme and skin option and better i18n implementation.
One thing I don&#039;t like is that I always write my own SQL query to call stored procedures. I am not sure how PDO will do to speed that up!
